A great stopover on transit to Monaco. Receptionist was super and helpful. Rooms are OK and clean. Up side was the parking as there was plenty of space. Did notice that they have charging stations too.

Not a great experience overall and we won't be coming back here (I say that because the one in Nice was perfectly fine). Front desk said they had "plenty" of adapters for US plugs but only had one when we got here. Asked about the restaurant and they even gave us a menu when they said they opened at 7pm. When we went back they said you need a reservation but never told us prior. The other IBIS had a wonderful breakfast where this one was around 20€. The employees were friendly but gave a lot of misleading information on multiple occasions-- beware of this

Great hotel, fun and modern atmosphere, very clean and spacious, pool is super as is the restaurant. All the staff are lovely. I wouldnt recommend as a vacation location but if you need somewhere to stay in the area as part of a wider trip it's a perfect fit.

The staff was great, but the pool needs some loving and so do the rooms. A little out of the way of Cavaillon if you are coming without a car. The food was good.

The room is clean, but the equipment is a little old. There are no disposable slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, water cups, etc. in the room. This is my first trip to Europe. I don't know if this is the case in Europe, but most hotels in Asia are equipped with these supplies. The hotel staff are very friendly and speak English. Because I wanted to drink hot water, I asked the staff to help me every day, and she took the trouble to help. I am very grateful! Breakfast is a typical French breakfast, mainly bread. I am really not used to it. It would be even better if you could add some hot pasta or fried rice.

Do not stay here unless it is a true emergency. The ‘apartment 310 2 bedroom suite’ was a disaster. Dirty bathroom, running toilet, it reeked of sewage, there was no AC in the bedrooms or any Wifi as promised (it was why we booked the hotel after sweating it out in Nice the past few nights with no network) so we had to ask for a fan for our toddler at 11 PM when she couldn’t sleep it was so hot. The customer service is horrible, no accountability and they just admitted they knew the wifi was down, they knew the room stunk, and there’s nothing they can do about it because they have no choice but to sell the room. Bullcrap. Only nice part was arriving to food they allowed us to pre-order before the kitchen closed that was delicious. Will never stay with a French brand of hotels again (from a French American that is very used to dealing with French customer service, this was up there with some of the worst).
